Following on from the erotic poetry workshop I ran for The Poetry School a few months ago, Catherine Smith and I are the headlining poets at an evening of erotic poetry for the Lumen Series at Tavistock Place, London WC1. Catherine, of course, is rather well known for her erotic poetry, especially from her last (Forward shorlisted) collection Lip. Me, I have a few items tucked in my bottom drawer…
There’s also an open mic for anyone with ‘a wicked love poem’, and wine. So if you’re within travelling distance of central London, do come along. All proceeds go to charity.
Date: Tuesday 15 November 2011
Time: 6.30 doors, 7pm start
Venue: Lumen, 88 Tavistock Place, London WC1H 9RS
Tubes: Russell Square, Kings Cross, St Pancras
Entrance: £5/£4 Wine
